If you receive an email that says your order was confirmed and then a second email that says it was cancelled, don't panic just yet!
You may still have an active order!
Sometimes if you go to checkout but do not finish the checkout process right away, or go to another page, the system will create an order number to hold the items in your shopping bag. This is done as a safeguard, just in case a mistake was made and you were unable to finish placing your order.
These orders are cancelled out within a week once payment has not been received, but they will remain listed in your Azazie.com account.
To see if this is the case, log into your azazie.com account and go to "My Orders." You can see every order you have placed, the date they were placed, the total paid, and the status of the orders.
If you have two orders for the same items placed on the same day, one of them is likely confirmed and in production while the other one has been cancelled. You can click on the order numbers to see what was purchased.
If this doesn't appear to be the case and you only have one order, it is possible that you your payment was decline.
