What is a Showroom?
The Showroom is a handy feature that can help bridal parties get organized and help individual bridesmaids keep track of items they link. The showroom was developed to help connect bridal parties and give them a place to discuss and share styles they are interested in. It can be used by a bride to assign styles or used by an individual bridesmaid who wants to keep track of the styles they are interested in purchasing.
How do I create a Showroom?
To create a showroom, you first need to log in or create an account. After doing this, click "Create a Showroom" at the top of the website.
The dropdown menu, as shown above, displays a list of any showrooms that you have created or been invited to (and accepted).
To view a showroom, simply click on its name and you will be redirected to the corresponding page. Clicking on “Create a Showroom” will display the following:
How can I invite my party to my Showroom?
To invite somebody to your showroom, simply click the "Invite Your Squad" button on the left hand side of the showroom. You'll have the option to invite them by typing in their email, sharing on Facebook, or getting a direct link you can send them directly.
How can I join a Showroom?
To join a showroom, you will need to be invited and accept the invitation by either logging in or signing up for an Azazie account. If you already have an Azazie account but the invite was sent to the wrong email address, you will need to have it resent to the correct email address or update the email on file for your account.
How can I add items to a Showroom?
After creating your showroom, you can easily add any item on the website to the "Favorite Items" section of your showroom. Simply click on the grey heart icon located next to the photo of the item in the upper right-hand corner.
As a showroom owner, you have several options for managing your items. You can assign an item to a member of your party, customize the color to match your wedding palette, leave comments, or delete the item altogether by simply clicking the trashcan icon.
There is no limit to the number of items you can add to your showroom, but you can only have or be a part of three showrooms at any given time. The owner of the showroom will always have complete control and can delete anything added to the showroom. Please note that no one else will be able to delete what they have added.
After you create a showroom, a basic tutorial will pop up to show you the main features. If you clicked out of the tutorial by mistake you’ll still be able to pull it back up by clicking “Showroom Tutorial”. Otherwise, you can read on here.
This section displays the name of the showroom, which defaults to the first part of the creator's email address, as well as the showroom's unique ID number.
Next to the showroom name, there is a trash can icon which serves as the delete button.
Just in case you missed the tutorial or need a refresher, this button will allow you to review the tutorial at any time.
This section displays the showroom creator’s information. Click “edit” to change or add the event date.
This section allows the creator of the showroom to invite and see everyone who has joined the showroom.

Order Swatches & Samples
This section features two buttons that help you move to the Swatch or At-Home Try On section of the website.
This section displays all the orders that your party has placed under the showroom. To add an order to this section, make sure to use the showroom ID at checkout.
How do I delete a Showroom?
If you no longer want a showroom and you created it, simply click the trash can icon next to the showroom name. A warning will pop up to ensure you mean to delete it and once you confirm, every member of the showroom will be sent an email confirming this.
If you were invited to a showroom and would like to leave it, simply click the X that appears next to your name under "My Squad" and you'll be removed.
