What if I don't receive my package?

At Azazie, we try super hard to make sure every package is delivered on time and in good condition. Unfortunately, once your order leaves our warehouse we have very little control over FedEx or USPS. We will send you an email once your package ships with a tracking number you can follow until your order is left on your doorstep. Swatches do not have tracking.

In some cases, FedEx may require a signature upon delivery. This is determined purely by FedEx and they will make three attempts before returning the package to us. You can track their attempts by checking your tracking number on the FedEx website. If for some reason the package is returned to us, not to worry. We'll hold on to it for 2 weeks and contact you when it arrives in our warehouse. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the shipping charges if you'd like to have it sent back out. 

We also recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager. Through this awesome service you can track EVERY package being delivered to your address under your name and receive updated emails about arrival times. You can even request text message updates to let you know the day before your package will be delivered. Notice your package will be delivered on a day you won't be home? Not a problem, FedEx Delivery Manager lets you reschedule delivery dates for an small fee.
