At Azazie, we work hard to make sure every package is delivered on time and in good condition. However, once your order leaves our warehouse we have very little control over FedEx, USPS, DHL, or Canada Post and we are unable to make any changes to the package.
We will send an email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number, so you can follow the package's journey until it arrives at your doorstep. Swatches do not have tracking at this time.
For US Customers:
You can track your package through either USPS, DHL, or FedEx. For FedEx orders, we recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager to better track your order (you may be able to have your package held or even rerouted). In some cases, FedEx may require a signature upon delivery. This is determined purely by FedEx and they will make three attempts before returning the package to us.
For Canadian Customers:
You can track your package through Canada Post and if you want additional power over the order, we recommend signing up for the free services offered by the carrier.
If for some reason your order is returned to us by the carrier, no need to worry. We'll hold on to it for 2 weeks to give you time to contact us if you want it shipped back out. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the shipping charges if you'd like to have it sent back out.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but if your package does not arrive, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team and we'll be happy to see what we can do on our end for you. If it's been more than 3 days since your package was marked as delivered, we may not be able to help due to time limits set on us by our carriers.
