At Azazie, we work hard to make sure every package is delivered on time and in good condition. However, once your order leaves our warehouse we have very little control over FedEx, the USPS, or Canada Post and we are unable to make any changes.
We will send you an email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number, so you can follow the package's journey until it arrives at your doorstep. Swatches do not have tracking at this time.
For US Customers:
You can track your package through either USPS or FedEx. For FedEx orders, we recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager to better track your order (you may be able to have your package held or even rerouted). In some cases, FedEx may require a signature upon delivery. This is determined purely by FedEx and they will make three attempts before returning the package to us.
For Canadian Customers:
You can track your package through Canada Post and if you want additional power over the order, we recommend signing up for the free services offered by the carrier.
If for some reason your order is returned to us by the carrier, no need to worry. We'll hold on to it for 2 weeks and contact you when it arrives in our warehouse. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the shipping charges if you'd like to have it sent back out.
If you check your tracking and it says it was delivered but you don't have it, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, event date, and shipping address and we'll do our very best to help!
