At Azazie, we work hard to make sure every package is delivered on time and in good condition but once the package leaves our facility, we have very little control over what happens to the package.

 

As agreed to at checkout, Azazie is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you have concerns about the status or condition of your package, please contact your carrier for more information or to file a claim.

 

Carriers can also occasionally mark packages as “Delivered” before they drop off the package. If you believe that your package is lost or missing and if more than two hours have passed since you received a delivery notification, please contact the carrier.

 

We also recommend double-checking with your neighbors, building manager, or leasing office as it may have been misdelivered to one of these locations.

 

If your package has been RTSed, please reach out to our customer service team immediately with your order number, shipping address, and event date and we’ll see what we can do to help.
