We know that color consistency is of utmost importance and so we do our best to stay as consistent as possible but there can be slight variations if bridesmaids submit several orders at different times.
Why? Because while we dye fabric in larges batches at a time, we go through it very quickly. So even if two bridesmaids order on the same day, depending on how much fabric we currently have in the needed color, they could end up with dresses made from different batches. Generally any difference is not easily noticeable but to ensure color consistency, we have developed a specific procedure, below:
To make sure all dresses are made within the same dye lot or batch of fabric, we recommend having one member of your party start a Showroom and invite the rest of the party to join it. The Showroom will have a unique party number that can be chosen during the checkout process (specifically while in the Shopping Bag). All party members will need to select their party number while in t.
Your party will also need to have all of the bridesmaids place their orders within the same 24 hour period. 24 hours after the first order is placed, the party ID will no longer be able to be chosen and any confirmed and paid orders under the ID will be moved into pre-production. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee any late orders will be included in the same dye lot as the rest of your party.
Your party will also want to be sure that they order dresses that are made of the same fabric in order to ensure they will be made within the same dye lot. Different fabrics take on fabric colors differently and are dyed separately.
Keep in mind that screen resolutions can alter the way colors look on your computer depending on how you have it set. We always recommend ordering swatches beforehand so you can see the true color quality of each fabric in person. Please note that different types of fabrics do take the dye differently, and will not match perfectly.
