Locations and Reviews

LOCATIONS

At this time, Azazie does not have a physical store where customers can see and try on our dresses. We do have an office and warehouse in Northern California, but these locations are not set up for customer visits and items cannot be picked up or dropped off at either site.

Our products are exclusively sold through Azazie.com (no other bridal companies or retails keep our dresses in stock) so if you want to see our dresses before making a decision, we recommend checking out our At-Home Try On Program (available to US, UK, Australian, and Canadian customers) which allows you try on real dresses from the comfort of your home.

REVIEWS

Ordering online from an unfamiliar company can be stressful, especially for such an important event. That's why we love receiving and sharing real customer reviews:

  • Product Reviews
    If customers have left a review on a product, you'll be able to see this on the product page by scrolling down to the bottom. You can also view all product reviews here.
    
    
  • Leaving Reviews
    Reviews can be left on our websites as well as on the Apple App Store, Google Play, The Knot, and Wedding Wire. To leave a review, you'll need to do the following: 
    
    
    • • Ordered with an Account: 
        Login to your account and click here. Click the "Write a Review" button that appears under "Actions" next to your order.
        Once clicked, you'll be taken to the review page.
        
        
      • Ordered With Guest Checkout: 
        Make sure you are not logged into an account and click here. Input your order number and the email you inputted at checkout. At the bottom of your order page under "Items," you'll see a "Write a Review" button.
        
        Once clicked, you'll be taken to the review page.
        

Please do note that not every item will have photos and reviews, especially if the item is new. Reviews can take some time to grow on a new product page so if you have any questions about and item, please reach out to us. 

CUSTOMER PHOTOS

Besides the photos provided on product reviews, you can find a selection of photos from our customers special days on our Style Gallery.

The gallery can be sorted by dress type and color and if you click on a photo, it will generally list the styles and colors included in the photo: 

Keep in mind that many of these photos are were taken by professional photographers who may have used filters to manipulate the colors. Further, depending on your screen resolution, your device may not be clearly representing the color.

So if you find a color that you love on this page, be sure that you order a color swatch just to be sure that you love it in person.
