Once your order is confirmed and has been moved into production/processing (72 hours for made to order items and 30 minutes for Ready to Ship), we are no longer able to make any changes to your shipping address. We are also unable to cancel your order.
If the package becomes an RTS (Return to Sender), we will reach out to you once we have received the package back. We have no control over the package once it has shipped.

If your order hasn't been moved into production, you may be able to change the shipping address through your azazie.com account by following these steps:
- Go into your Azazie.com account under My Orders
- Select the "Change Shipping Address" button:
- Select a previously saved address or add in a new shipping address.
- Your order will now be updated with your new shipping address!
If you are unable to change your address on the website, it is too late to process the change.
NOTE: Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the billing address on file for the order. As long as you got a confirmation that payment was received by us, having the incorrect billing address shouldn't cause any issues.
