Once your order is confirmed and has been moved into production/processing (72 hours for made to order items and 30 minutes for ready made items), we are no longer able to make any changes to your shipping address. We are also unable to cancel your order.
If the package becomes an RTS (Return to Sender), we'll hold the package for 2 weeks before processing a return, if applicable (nonreturnable items like custom sized dresses will not be refunded and instead will be donated to charity). If you reach out to us within the 2 weeks, we should be able to get it shipped back out to you.

If your order hasn't been moved into production, you may be able to change the shipping address through your azazie.com account by following these steps:
- Go into your Azazie.com account under My Account or, if you checked out as a guest, click the Track Your Order button at the bottom of the website (must be logged out of an account if you do have one).
- Select the "Change Shipping Address" button:
- Select a previously saved address or add in a new shipping address.
- Your order will now be updated with your new shipping address!
If you are unable to change your address on the website, it is too late to process the change.
NOTE: Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the billing address on file for the order. As long as you got a confirmation that payment was received by us, having the incorrect billing address shouldn't cause any issues.
Please keep in mind that we can't ship to PO Boxes.
