Once your order is confirmed and has been moved into production (72 hours after the order is placed), we are no longer able to make any changes to your shipping address.
While we can no longer make any changes to your address, if your package is being shipped via FedEx, you may be able to request a change through FedEx Delivery Manager or request that the order be held at a FedEx location for pickup.
Orders shipped USPS (swatches, accessories, fabric, etc.) cannot be updated once the package has shipped.
Please keep in mind that if you call FedEx and speak to a representative, they may say that Azazie is the only one authorized to make changes to the package, this is incorrect information. We cannot reach out to FedEx to make any update, this is not included in our contract with them.

If your order hasn't been moved into production, you may be able to change the shipping address through your azazie.com account by following these steps:
- Go into your Azazie.com account under My Orders
- Select the "Change Shipping Address" button:
- Select a previously saved address or add in a new shipping address.
- Your order will now be updated with your new shipping address!
If you are within the first 72 hours of placing your order, you can also reach out to our amazing team of stylists via email with your shipping address and order number for assistance.
NOTE: Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the billing address on file for the order. As long as you got a confirmation that payment was received by us, having the incorrect billing address shouldn't cause any issues.
