Returning a Discontinued Dress

So you’ve ordered a dress that's been discontinued and now you need to return it? Not to worry! Our discontinued dresses have the same return policies that our regular dresses have!

If you've ordered a standard size dress and you are not 100% satisfied with it, we will be happy to take the dress back and issue a full refund, minus any shipping or rush fees. The dress must be returned within 10 days of its arrival to you.

If you want the same style but need a different size, you will want to return your dress and reach out to our fabulous customer service team with your request! Since the dress will no longer be able to be ordered on the website, we'll need to take care of reordering it on our end.

Please include the following information when requesting a new order:

3. Color:
4. Shipping address:
5. Event date:
6. Email to invoice:

Rather than refunding your original order, we'll just place an order for you and email you an invoice purely for the cost to ship the new dress out. If you're outside of our return policy, we'll invoice you for the entire amount (dress, shipping, and rush fees if applicable).

If you've ordered a custom size dress and it doesn't fit, we are so sorry but custom sizing is nonreturnable. We do, however, offer an alterations reimbursement if anything needs to be adjusted after you receive your dress, just send us a picture of the receipt and your order number and we'll process your reimbursement to your original form of payment.
