When do I need to return my samples?

The sample program is built to help you find your Azazie fit, so we really do need our samples back! Sample dresses are limited and the program is popular. We want to make sure we have enough samples for all of our lovely customers to try on!

When you place your order, you’ll be required to agree to the following terms:

I agree to pay twice the retail cost of the dress(es) including shipping if I fail to postmark my return within 1 week of delivery.

To make sure you don't get charged, you'll need to drop the samples off at the carrier listed on the return label within 7 days after you received them. This means you have a full week to try on your samples from the day they are delivered to your front door. 

There should be a prepaid return label inside the box with your samples as part of the packing list. If not, you can download a copy of your return label by going into your Azazie account under “My Orders,” clicking on the order number, and selecting the "Return label & Instructions" link:

If your return date falls on a holiday, we totally understand that getting FedEx to take your package isn't going to happen! Just make sure it's postmarked for return by the following mail day.
 

We want to assure you that we’ll never charge you without contacting you first.
 We understand that life happens and weddings are hectic, which means some things fall by the wayside.

If your sample order hasn’t been returned and we haven’t heard from you, we’ll be sure to give you a call before processing any charges. And if you realize you may need an extra day or so, email us at customerservice@azazie.com with your order number and we'll see how we can help. 

Please note, samples cannot be taken out of the country (unless ordered through the Canadian sample program). If they are, you will be responsible for making sure they are postmarked for return by the 7th day of delivery, no extensions will be granted for orders that are forwarded outside the US. Returns that don't use our return labels are not our responsibility.
