How It Works
Get ready to try on your dream dresses from the comfort of your own home! Our try-on program allows you to order up to 3 dresses at a time for just $10-$15 each, including shipping both ways. Available to US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
Keep the dresses for a whole week and send them back to us once you've made your decision. Processing and delivery take 1-3 days and 1 week respectively.
And don't forget, the dresses must stay in the country of origin and be returned within 7 days or else you'll be charged for keeping them. Don't miss out and start trying on your favorite styles now!

How To Order
The process for ordering specific items to try on is easy! Just head to the At Home Try On section of our website and browse through our selection of dresses. When you find a dress or dresses you'd like to try on, simply add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.
You can order up to 3 try-on dresses at a time for $10-$15 per dress, which covers the cost of shipping the dresses to you and back to us. Once you've placed your order, you'll receive the dresses in 1-3 days (processing time can vary depending on the time of year) and you'll get to keep them for 1 week from the date of delivery.

Checking Dress Availability
You can check the availability by going to the At-Home Try On page and searching for the item by name.
The sizes that are available will be outlined in black, while sizes that are currently out with other customers will be grayed out. If a size is not listed at all, that means it is not currently in the program.
If you have trouble finding the dress you're looking for, double check the spelling and try again. Keep in mind that we may have more try-on dresses available in the future, so be sure to sign up for Try On Availability Notifications.

We want to make sure everyone has a great time trying on dresses at your party! To make sure everyone gets the dresses they want to try on, each person will need to place their own order. But don't worry, ordering is easy and convenient.
To ensure your try-on dresses arrive in plenty of time for your party, we recommend ordering them at least 2.5 weeks before the event, but no earlier than 3 weeks. This way, you'll have enough time to process and receive the order and if you need it, request extra time.

Cancelling a Try-On Order
You can cancel your Try-On order like any other order. Click here to find out how and when you can cancel your order.
Time to Try-On
You get to keep the dresses for 1 week from the date of delivery (as shown on the tracking number) to try them on before returning or purchasing them!
Make sure to return them by the 7th day from delivery. If you need more time, feel free to request an extension by following the instructions here.
Try-On Fees
When you participate in our At-Home Try On Program, you'll pay a fee of $10-$15 per dress (prices in USD) to cover the cost of shipping the dresses to you and back to us.
This fee is non-refundable, but it does give you the opportunity to try on the dresses in the comfort of your own home before making a final purchase. And don't worry about any additional fees for returning the dresses, as long as you return them within 7 days of delivery and follow the instructions provided in the Return Policy FAQ. Order Limits
Each person trying on dresses will need to place their own order, as we have a limit of 3 try-on dresses per order. But don't worry, you can always place another order after you've returned the first one. We want to make sure you have the chance to try on as many styles as you'd like before making your final decision. It's all about finding the perfect dress for you!
Try-On Availability
Great question! While we have a wide selection of beautiful dresses available for our try-on program, it is important to note that not all of our items are eligible for the program.
- We currently offer try-ons for Bridesmaid, Mother of the Bride, and Bridal Gown styles on our US and Canada websites and Bridesmaid and Bridal try-ons for our UK and Australia customers.
- We are unable to offer any of our junior styles for try-on at this time. However, we are constantly updating our offerings and we encourage you to check back with us in the future for more options!

Discounts
The price you pay for the try-on dresses does not go towards the cost of your final order and is not refunded upon the return of the try-on dresses. We understand this may be disappointing, but we want to make sure that you have the opportunity to try on as many styles as you'd like before making your final decision.
Damages
When you send the try-on dresses back to us, please make sure they are in the same condition as when you received them, with the tags still attached. Remember, try-on dresses should only be worn for trying them on, not for any other purpose.
If the dresses come back to us damaged, there may be additional fees or costs associated with repairs or replacement. In cases of severe damage, the full retail price of the dress may be charged and access to our website may be restricted. So, please take care of the dresses while trying them on.

International customers:
A prepaid return label will be included inside the box with your dresses. Simply box the try-on dresses back up in the box they arrived in, place the prepaid return label on top, and drop off at the appropriate carrier within 7 days of your order arriving. If you misplace the label, you can go to your "My Orders" page and download a copy of the label.
US customers:
Please note that all try-on dresses must be dropped off for return by the 7th day of delivery. You can either return your items at a In Person Drop-Off location via Happy Returns or with a traditional prepaid shipping label. We recommend processing returns at a Happy Returns location as this will immediately mark your order as returned to us and you won’t have to worry about packaging the items back up.
NOTE: It's best to use the return label we provide, so we can make sure the dresses get back to us safely and you won't be charged for not returning them.
