At-Home Try On Program

While we're unable to offer physical locations where our products can be tried, we do offer an At-Home Try On Program that allows you to test the quality and fit of our dresses from the comfort of your home.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS 

Through the program you can order up to 3 try-on dresses at a time for $10-$15 per dress (prices in USD), which covers the cost of shipping the dresses to you and back to us and is non-refundable. You get to keep the dresses for 1 week from the date of delivery (as shown on the tracking number) and then send those back to us (instructions for processing a return here). 

Try-On orders generally take 1-3 days to process (this time can increase depending on the time of year so be sure to check the item pages) plus an additional week for delivery. At checkout, you'll be given an estimated delivery window based on your location. We cannot offer expedited shipping for these orders at this time. 

 

Our At-Home Try On Program is available on our US, Canada, UK , and Australia websites but we are currently unable to offer the program on our France, Germany, or Mexico websites. If you need help deciding on a style or size, please reach out to our customer service team.

Try-on dresses cannot be taken out of the country of origin. For example, if the try-on dresses were ordered to Canada, they should stay in Canada. If the dresses are taken out of the country of origin, you will still be responsible for making sure they are postmarked for return by the 7th day of delivery or else be charged for keeping the try-on(s). No extensions will be granted for orders that are forwarded outside the country of origin.

 

WHEN TO ORDER FOR A TRY-ON PARTY

Try-on dresses currently take 1-3 days to process and up to 10 days for delivery. Because of this, we generally recommend that you order try-on dresses at least 2.5 weeks in advance of when you need them by and no earlier than 3 weeks in advance to make sure they arrive in time. 

If the order arrives early and you need a little extra time, you can request some extra time by following the instructions here

DRESSES INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM

Depending on your location, the availability of the dresses will differ. For example, we offer Bridesmaid, Mother of the Bride, and Bridal Gown try-ons for our US and Canada websites but we can only offer Bridesmaid and Bridal try-ons for our UK and Australia customers at this time.

 

We are only able to offer dresses that are made to order (meaning they take several weeks to produce) and we are unable to offer any of our junior styles for try-on.

ORDERING LIMITS 

We only allow a total of 3 try-on dresses per order. If more are needed, you'll need to return the first set and we'll need to have received the items back and scanned them into our warehouse before you can try the next 3. Keep in mind that it can take a week or more for us to process a return once it has arrived back but we will email you once this is complete.

 

PURCHASING TO KEEP

If you would like to keep an At-Home Try On dress, you are able to purchase it within your return window using the instructions found here.

However, if you do not purchase the At-Home Try On dress you ordered and it is not dropped off for return by the 7th day of delivery, we will have to charge you the full retail amount of the dress plus the full cost of a replacement, including shipping. 


We would hate to have to charge you so if you don't want to keep the dresses but just need some additional time with them before you send them back, you can sign up to be notified here.

 

RETURNING THE DRESSES

LOCATION RETURN INFO
Australia

We include a prepaid return label inside the box with your dresses (it will have a barcode, list our address, and include the carrier's name on it). You do not need to initiate a return as it has already been approved. Simply box the try-on dresses back up in the box they arrived in, place the pre-paid return label we provided on top, and drop off at the appropriate carrier (listed on the label) within 7 days of your order arriving. 

If you misplace your return label, go to your "My Orders" page (for Guest Checkout users, be sure you are not logged into an account and click here instead) and click where it reads "Download Return Label" to the right of the try-on dress in your order. This will allow you to get a copy of your return label:

US customer’s will follow our general return instructions for US customers under the Return Instructions section of our Return Policy FAQ and will have the option to either return via Happy Returns or with a traditional prepaid return label.  

We highly recommend processing returns at a Happy Returns location as this will immediately mark your order as returned to us and you won’t have to worry about packaging the items back up. You can check to see if there is a Happy Returns location near you, here

If there isn't a Happy Returns location near you or you would prefer it, there will also be an option to choose to have a pre-paid return label sent to you. You’ll need to box the item(s) back up in the box they arrived in, drop them off with the designated carrier by the deadline, and it may take up to 2 weeks for the package to be arrived back, processed, and receive a confirmation that it was received by us.

 

A Note About Try-On Returns with Happy Returns:

If you process your return via Happy Returns, you’ll be prompted to choose a refund method. At-Home Try-On orders are non-refundable (the price goes towards shipping them to you and back to us) and the page will reflect that the refund amount is $0.

Please choose “Refund To Original Payment Method” to continue with your return. Your QR code will be sent to the email on file after following these steps.

  • All try-on dresses must be dropped off for return by the 7th day of delivery.  You cannot hold onto one of the dress and send the rest back so you can order more style to try and compare.
  • We do not recommend using a different return label if you prefer a different carrier as orders returned using a return label other than the one approved/provided by us are not our responsibility, meaning that if the package becomes lost, you could be charged for not returning the dresses.
  • The price you pay for the try-on dresses does not go towards the cost of your final order and is not refunded upon the return of the try-on dresses. It goes towards the cost of shipping the dresses to you and back to us (it actually doesn't even cover those costs).

 

DAMAGED DRESSES

Try-on dresses must be returned In the original condition that they were received, with the tags still attached. Try-on dresses are not to be worn, except for try on purposes so if they come back damaged, you may be changed a fee to fix the damage or replace the dress entirely if the damage cannot be fixed (such as in cases where they come back dirty, stained, coated in animal hair, or have a strong odor). If the damage is severe, you will be charged the full retail price of the dress and permanently banned from the website.
