At-Home Try On Program

WHAT IS THE AT-HOME TRY ON PROGRAM?
We know how helpful it is to be able to test the quality and fit of an item as important as a bridal gown or bridesmaid dress before making a purchase. While we don't have any physical locations to allow customers to try on our dresses before ordering, we've developed our At-Home Try On Program to allow customers to try real dresses in the comfort of their home.

We do not have Junior bridesmaid dresses included in our At-Home Try On Program.  

HOW DOES THE AT-HOME TRY ON PROGRAM WORK? 
Through the program you can order up to 3 bridesmaid dresses at a time for $10 per dress or up to 3 bridal gowns for $15 pre dress (prices in USD). You get to keep the try-on dresses for 1 week from the date of delivery (as shown on the tracking number) and then send those back to us using the prepaid return label included in your box and order your final dress. 

Please keep in mind that the price you pay for the try-on dresses does not go towards the cost of your final order and is not refunded upon the return of the try-on dresses. It goes towards the cost of shipping the dresses to you and back to us (it actually doesn't even cover those costs). 

Try-on dress orders take 1-3 days to process plus an additional 1-10 days for delivery. At checkout, you'll be given an estimated delivery window based on your location. We do not have a way to expedite orders at this time (we do not have an option for rush shipping included in our contract with our carriers).

For our Canadian customer's, please refer to our Canadian At-Home Try On Program FAQ for details about the program in Canada. 

ARE THERE LIMITS ON HOW MANY DRESSES I CAN ORDER? 

Yes, we only allow a total of 3 try-on dresses per order. If more are needed, you'll need to return the first set before you can try the next 3. 

Please keep in mind that all try-on dresses must be returned within 7 days of delivery, you cannot hold onto one of the dress and send the rest back so you can order more style to try and compare. 

CAN I TAKE THE AT-HOME TRY ON DRESSES OUT OF THE COUNTRY?
Our try-on dresses cannot be taken out of the country of origin. If the try-on dresses were ordered to Canada, they should stay in Canada and if they were ordered to the US, they should stay in the US. If the dresses are taken out of the country of origin, you will still be responsible for making sure they are postmarked for return by the 7th day of delivery. No extensions will be granted for orders that are forwarded outside the US. 

CAN I KEEP MY AT-HOME TRY ON DRESS?
If you would like to keep an At-Home Try On dress, you are able to purchase it within your return window using the instructions found here.

However, if you do not purchase the At-Home Try On dress you ordered and it is not dropped off for return by the 7th day of delivery, we will have to charge you the full retail amount of the dress plus the full cost of a replacement, including shipping. 


We would hate to have to charge you so if you don't want to keep the dresses but just need some additional time with them before you send them back, you can sign up to be notified here

HOW DO I RETURN MY AT-HOME TRY ON DRESSES? 
We include a prepaid return label inside the box with your dresses (it will have a barcode, list our address, and include the carrier's name on it). You get to keep the order for up to 1 week after delivery but by the 7th day, you'll need to drop the order off to be returned to us. 

Please be sure to read the carrier listed on the return label as the label can only be used for them. We do not recommend using a different return label if you prefer a different carrier as orders returned using a return label other than the one provided by us are not our responsibility, meaning that if the package becomes lost, you could be charged for not returning the dresses. 

If you misplace your return label, go to your "My Orders" page (for Guest Checkout users, be sure you are not logged into an account and click here) and click where it reads "Return Items" under "ACTION"next to your order number. This will take you to the following screen where you'll click "Return label & Instructions" and a copy of your return label will immediately download. You DO NOT need to check the item you want to return.

NOTE: Try-on dresses must be returned In the original condition that they were received, with the tags still attached. Try-on dresses are so not to be worn, except for try on purposes so if they come back damaged, you may be changed a fee to fix the damage or replace the dress entirely if the damage cannot be fixed (such as in cases where they come back dirty, stained, coated in animal hair, or have a strong odor). If the damage is severe, the cost will include the full retail price of the dress, plus the full cost of a replacement and shipping.
