Where is my refund?

It can take us up to 3 business days to process a refund on our end, sometimes longer during our busy season (January - March), and then it can take your financial institution several more days to get the funds back into your account. 

For returned items needing a refund (accessories and Made to Order items), the package must first be processed into our warehouse to trigger the refund process to begin. This can take several days. 

Once a refund has been processed on our end, we will email a confirmation to the address we have on file for the order. 

Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. If your refund has been processed but the card you used to place your order has been cancelled, no need to worry. The refund is processed back to the account linked to your card, not to the card itself.

If your account has since closed, the refund may still be processed back to your bank but they can definitely pass the funds onto you! To help with that, do feel free to reach out to us and we can provide you with some helpful documentation you can send to them.
