Where is my refund?

Refunds of all kinds are always processed back to the original form of payment and at this time, we do not have the ability to change the method of payment. 

It generally takes us up to 5 business days to process a refund and then it can take your bank some additional time to get the funds back into your account. Once the refund is processed on our end, we will email you a confirmation 

For returned items needing a refund(accessories and Made to Order items only), the package must first be processed back into our warehouse before the refund process begins. This can take up to 3 days but may take longer during our busy time of year (January - March). 

If your refund has been processed but the card you used to place your order has been cancelled, no need to worry! The refund is processed back to the account linked to your card, not to the card itself.

If your account has since closed, the refund may still be processed back to your bank but they can definitely pass the funds onto you! To help with that, do feel free to reach out to us and we can provide you with some helpful documentation you can send to them.
