Due to a recent influx in orders and returns, returns may take up to 7 business days to be processed back into our warehouse.
Once your order is delivered back to our warehouse, it may take up to 3 business days for us to process your refund on our end. However, when we are receiving a high volume of returned packages, it may take an additional 5 days for us to process your refund on our end (as is generally seen January - March).
Once the refund is processed on our end, we will email you a confirmation and then it is up to your bank to get the funds back to your original form of payment. This can take some additional time, and your bank may be able to give your more information if you reach out to them.
Please keep in mind that at this time, we are not able to choose the method of refund.
If your refund has been processed but the card you used to place your order has been cancelled, no need to worry! The refund is processed back to the account linked to your card, not to the card itself.
If your account has since closed, the refund may still be processed back to your bank but they can definitely pass the funds onto you! To help with that, do feel free to reach out to us and we can provide you with some helpful documentation you can send to them.
