Where is my refund?

Once your order is delivered back into our warehouse, it can take up to 3 business days for us to process your refund on our end. However, when we are receiving a high volume of returned packages, it may take an additional 5 days for us to process your refund on our end.

The refund is processed back to your original form of payment so it can take some additional time for your bank to get the funds back into your account. At this time, we are not able to choose the method of refund.

If your refund has been processed but the card you used to place your order has been cancelled, no need to worry! The refund is processed back to the account linked to your card, not to the card itself.

If your account has since closed, the refund may still be processed back to your bank but they can definitely pass the funds onto you! To help with out, do feel free to reach out to us and we can provide you with some helpful documentation you can send to them.
