You may cancel your order or request changes to it within 72 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, log into your azazie.com account and click here to take you to your order page. You can then choose "Cancel Order" under "Action."
If you need to cancel your order after the 72-hour cancellation period has passed, you will need to wait for the order to arrive and then request a return. You will receive a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, when we receive the order back in our warehouse and process it. You can expect up to a 5 day turnaround for your refund once we have received the order back.
Swatch orders, sample dresses, and clearance items can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order. After the 30 minute window, we are unable to process any cancellations or changes to these orders. Swatches and clearance items are nonreturnable.
What changes can you make to an existing order?
For made-to-order items, we can change the size or color as long as you are still within the 72-hour cancellation and changes window. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order and the change you would like to make.
At this time, we are not able to change a standard size to a custom size or vice versa. If you decide you would like to go custom after you place an order for a standard size, or that a standard size is probably the way to go but you've already ordered with custom measurements, you will need cancel the entire order and place a new one for the size you need.
For swatches, samples, and clearance dresses, we are not able to make any changes to the product. You will need to cancel the order and place a new one for the correct items.
