Cancellation and Changes Policy

Cancellation Policies:

You may cancel standard dresses, custom dresses, separates, accessories (other than groomsmen accessories), and fabric orders within 72 hours of placing them. To cancel your order, log into your azazie.com account and go to "My Orders" (US customers can find this here and Canadian customers here). You can find your order number and choose "Cancel Order" under "Action." You will be emailed once your cancellation and refund have gone through.  

If you need to cancel an order after the 72 hour cancellation period has passed, you will need to wait for the order to arrive and request a return through your azazie.com account, if applicable. You will receive a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, once we receive the order back in our warehouse and have processed it. The refund may take up to 3 days for us to process. 

Swatch, Sample Dresses, Special Occasion Dresses*, Groomsmen Accessories, Flower Girl Dresses, and Ready to Ship orders* can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them. This is because these orders can ship out very quickly. After the 30 minute window, we are unable to process any cancellations to these orders.

Swatches and Ready to Ship items are nonreturnable.

Changes Policy: 

Excluding groomsmen accessories, we can change the size, color, and the shipping address for all made to order items as long as you are still within 72-hours of placing your order. Just email us with your order number and the change you would like to make.

At this time, we are not able to change style or a standard size to a custom size or vice versa. If you decide you would like to go custom after you place an order for a standard size, or that a standard size is probably the way to go but you've already ordered with custom measurements, you will need cancel the entire order and place a new one for the size you need.

For groomsmen accessories, swatches, samples, Flower Girl dresses, and Ready to Ship dresses (US only), the only changes we can make is to the shipping address. The address can be updated within within 30 minutes of the order being placed. We are not able to make any changes to these products other than the shipping address. If you need another size or color, you will need to cancel the order and place a new one for the correct items.
