Cancellation Policy

We have a limited window to cancel orders once placed. This article provides helpful details about the following information: 

 

 

BASIC POLICY:

Depending on what you ordered, our cancellation window will differ slightly: 

ITEM TYPE DEFINITION POLICY
Ready Made Items  Any item that takes a few days to process before shipping.

Includes try-on dresses, ready to ship dresses, swatches, groomsmen accessories, 24 Hour Ship Dresses, etc.
We can cancel these orders within 30 minutes of the order being placed.
Made to Order Items Any items that take several weeks for production like bridesmaid, mother of the bride, wedding dresses, etc. 

Please note, 24 Hour Ship Dresses follow our Ready Made Items Policy.
We can cancel these orders within 72 hours of the orders being placed. 

 

CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 

You'll be able to cancel your order through the website by following these instructions: 

CHECK OUT PROCESS CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Used Account
  1. Log into your account and go here.
  2. Find your order number and choose "Cancel Order" under "Action."
  3. You'll be emailed once your cancellation and refund have been processed and completed. 
Used Guest Checkout
  1. Make sure you are not logged into an account and go here and fill out the form.
  2. This will take you to your order summary page and at the very bottom of the page under "Action" will the "Cancel Order" button. Click this.
  3. You'll be emailed once your cancellation and refund have been processed and completed. 
Unsure If you don't remember whether you used your account or Guest Checkout to place your order, try both of the above instructions and if neither work, reach out to our customer service team with your order. 

 

PAST CANCELLATION WINDOW:

We cannot cancel orders past the designated 30 minute/72 hour cancellation window. At this point, the order is being processed/moved into production.

You'll need to wait for the order to arrive and request a return, if applicable (custom sizing, swatches, and ready to ship dresses are nonreturnable). 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Once a cancellation request is processed, it cannot be reversed. You would need to place a new order to get the item(s).
  • You cannot cancel part of an order, we would need to cancel the entire order if you no longer wanted a specific item or needed to add additional items. 
  • Please note that our personalized jewelry may be made to order, but these items also have a 30 minute cancellation window.
