Orders containing made to order dresses and accessories can be cancelled within 72 hours of being placed.
To cancel your order, log into your azazie.com account and click here. You can find your order number and choose "Cancel Order" under "Action." You will be emailed once your cancellation and refund have been processed and completed.
For customer's who checked out via our Guest Checkout option, you can cancel the order by going here and filling out the form. This will take you to your order summary page and at the very bottom of the page under "Action" will the "Cancel Order" button.
If you need to cancel an order after your cancellation window has passed, you will need to wait for the order to arrive and request a return through your azazie.com account, if applicable (custom sizing, swatches, and ready to ship dresses are nonreturnable).
Ready made items (Swatch, At-Home Try On Dresses, Special Occasion Dresses, Groomsmen Accessories, select wraps, Robes & Lingerie, Shapewear, Flower Girl Dresses, and Ready to Ship/Outlet orders*) can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them. This is because these orders can ship out very quickly. After the 30 minute window, we are unable to process any cancellations to these orders.
Please note that our personalized jewelry may be made to order, but these items also have a 30 minute cancellation window.
- Once a cancellation request is processed, it cannot be reversed. You would need to place a new order to get the item(s).
- You cannot cancel part of an order, we would need to cancel the entire order if you no longer wanted a specific item or needed to add additional items.
