Eligibility to Cancel | Can I cancel my order? 

It depends on the type of item you ordered and when you placed your order. 

 

Ready-made items can be canceled within 30 minutes of the order being placed. This includes try-on dresses, ready to ship dresses, swatches, groomsmen accessories, 48 Hour Ship Dresses, and personalized jewelry. 

 

Made-to-order items can be canceled within 72 hours of the order being placed. This includes the majority of our bridesmaid, mother of the bride, wedding dresses, etc. 

 

 

 

 

How To Cancel 

Follow the instructions based on the type of account used to purchase your order

Log into your account, find your order number, and select "Cancel Order" under "Action."

Guest Checkout/Unsure

Click here enter your order number and email address, which will take you to your order summary page where you can click the "Cancel Order" button. 

 

Once you have completed the cancellation process, you will receive an email notification.  If you encounter any issues with the process, please don't hesitate to reach out to Azazie Customer Support (here) with your order number. 

 

 

 

 

 

Cancellation Windows

There is a deadline for canceling orders depending on the type of item you ordered.

 

  • For ready-made items, the cancellation window is 30 minutes from the time the order is placed. 

 

  • For made-to-order items, the cancellation window is 72 hours from the time the order is placed.

Refunds | Will I receive a refund if I cancel my order?

Absolutely! If you cancel your order within the specified cancellation window, you will receive a refund. We will process the refund once we have received and processed your cancellation request. For more information on refunds, click here. 

 

 

 

 

Cancelling Your Order After Shipping

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order after it has shipped. However, we would be happy to help you return any items you no longer want. 

 

 

 

 

Cancellation Fees

Great news! There are no fees for canceling your order with us. You can cancel your order free of charge, as long as you cancel it within the specified cancellation window. 

 

 

 

 

If You're Outside of the Cancellation Window

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel your order. However, you can still return the item for a full refund if it qualifies for a return. For more information on returns, click here.

 

 

 

 

Making Changes vs Cancelling

The ability to make changes depends on the status of your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes to it. For more information on changes, please see “Changes Policy”

Once a cancellation request is processed, it cannot be reversed. If you wish to purchase the item(s) again, you would need to place a new order.

 

 

 

 

 

Partial Cancellations

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel part of an order. If you no longer want a specific item or need to add additional items, you will need to cancel the entire order. However, you are welcome to place a new order for the items you would like to keep or add.
