It's important to remember that production times can sometimes get longer, especially between January and March. Even if production times increase after you've already placed your order, it won't affect your specific order - only new orders will be impacted.

To ensure that you receive your dress on time, we're happy to offer some guidance and workarounds below that may be able to assist you.
Ordering 'Made to Order' Items 🧵
Did you know that the majority of our products are made to order? This means that we start making them only once an order has been placed, which can take a few weeks before they're ready to be shipped out.
For instance, our bridesmaid dresses usually take around 4 weeks for production, plus an additional 1-7 days for delivery. Please note that shipping time is separate from production time.
⚠️ To avoid any issues with our limited return policy, we recommend ordering a Made to Order item no earlier than 4 months prior to your event date. This timeline should provide ample time for production, delivery, and any necessary alterations, which are often required with formalwear. This will give us plenty of time to make and deliver your order, and help avoid any potential delays due to unforeseeable events like natural disasters or carrier issues. And remember, between January and March, production times can increase by up to 10 weeks, so be sure to plan accordingly!

Ready Made Items 👗
Did you know that we also offer ready-made products? These items are already in stock and ready to be shipped, so they only take a few days to prepare before we send them out (and up to 7 days for delivery once they're on their way).
For instance, our groomsmen accessories (ties, vests, etc.) generally take around 7-9 days to process and an additional 1-7 days for delivery.
While these items don't take long to process and deliver, we still recommend ordering ready-made items at least 1 month before you need them. And if you're planning a Try-On party, be sure to check here for ordering recommendations.

Rush Production and Expedited Shipping
If you need your order in a hurry, we've got rush production and expedited shipping options available for select orders. Just keep in mind that there are some limits and requirements you'll need to meet at checkout. Check out our FAQ for more info.
If you're worried we won't be able to make a dress in time for your event, our Ready to Ship and Outlet dresses only take a few days to process before they're on their way to you. They're available to both our US and Canadian customers, but availability varies so make sure to select the right country in the upper left corner of our website before you start browsing.
Checking Processing & Production Times
To learn more about the production and shipping time for a particular item, simply scroll down to the bottom of the item page. You'll find an estimated delivery window at the top of the page (which will be updated based on your address at checkout) and more details about production and shipping times under the "Shipping and Returns" section.

Remember that the estimated delivery window provided on some pages may change at checkout depending on the shipping address you provide. To ensure accuracy, make sure to double-check the delivery window that appears at checkout before placing your order.
Delays
At the moment, Azazie is not experiencing any delays. However, please note that carriers may experience delays if hazardous conditions in your area make it unsafe for delivery drivers to travel. If there is a major weather event, such as a snow storm, hurricane, or fire, your package will typically be held by the carrier at one of their hubs until it's safe to deliver.
If you're concerned about a delivery attempt while you're away from home due to safety reasons, you can contact the carrier to request that they hold the package for a few days. Please note that we're only able to update the address on your order for a brief period of time and, once it's shipped, we're unable to control the package.
Checking Estimated Delivery Window
An estimated delivery window will be provided at checkout once you’ve input and saved your address. It will appear at the very bottom of the page beside the items ordered in green text.
Custom Size Dresses
Custom sizing is free and takes the same amount of time to make as our standard sized dresses. All custom sized dresses are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you purchase a dress and find that you need another size, you will need to place a new order for the correct dress and process a return.
What to Do If You're Unsure of Your Size
If you're losing weight and uncertain of your size, we suggest placing your order 4 months in advance and selecting your current size at checkout. Remember, it's always easier to adjust a dress that's too big than one that's too small.
Avoid ordering a size based on what you think you'll be on the day of the event. Additionally, we advise against selecting custom sizing as it cannot be returned. Stick with standard sizing to ensure that you have more flexibility if you need to exchange the item.
