When should I place my order?

 

In order to maintain low prices and stay friendly to the environment, we make all of our items to order. This means we do not have any items in stock and instead need time to make your dresses and accessories plus additional time for shipping. Because of this, we recommend placing your dress orders 3-4 months before your event date.

 

Production times can change without notice, so be sure to plan ahead! As of March 2019, many of our production times have decreased as follows:

 

Bridal Gowns: 4 weeks

Bridesmaid Dresses: 3 weeks

Mother of the Bride Dresses: 3 (select styles may be 4 weeks)

 

Maternity Dresses: 3 weeks

Junior Dresses: 3 weeks

Separates: 3 weeks

 

Groomsmen Accessories: 3-5 days for processing 

Wraps: 3 weeks

Veils: 3 weeks

Fabric: 3 weeks

 

Production times do not include shipping. Shipping can take an additional 1-10 business days (depending on where you're located) for US orders. For Canadian customer, shipping may take an additional week. 

A guaranteed delivery window will be provided at the bottom of the page in green writing once you've inputted your address at checkout.

 

We do not have any Expedited Shipping or Rush Production options available at this time.

 

If it looks like we can't make you a dress in time for your event and you are a US customer, we recommend checking out our Ready to Ship dresses. We do not have these dresses available for our Canadian customers at this time. 

Please keep in mind that while we are continuously adding to our Ready to Ship section,
availability is limited and there is no guarantee that we will have the exact style, size, or color you need. If you cannot find an item in the Ready to Ship section, it means we do not have one at this time.

We are a completely made to order company and we work as hard as we can to get orders out as soon as possible. But we must remain ethical and pay high attention to quality, so we can only guarantee delivery by the last day of the window provided at checkout.

We also do not offer exchanges at this time so if you need another size, you would need to reorder.
