We are currently offering rush production for select made to order dresses including these select Mother of the Bride. We have a rush filter on our Bridesmaid and Mother of the Bride pages to make these easier to locate but rush is currently only available for select Mother of the Bride styles.
The rush option is chosen while in your shopping bag and cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed. See the following video to see this in practice:
Rush Production drops production down by several weeks for an additional $39 USD per dress. This fee is nonrefundable as it goes straight to the dressmaker working on your dress. Rush is not available for Canadian customers at this time.
If you need swatches faster, we are able to offer rush on a limited number of swatch orders per day. For more details, please read out Swatch FAQ.
CHOOSING RUSH PRODUCTION:
To get rush, you'll add the item you want to your shopping bag and while there, click the drop down menu, as pictured, and choose the lower production option for a fee. If there is no drop down menu, rush cannot be applied to the item:
As of July 6, we're able to offer expedited shipping on select orders for an additional $10 fee (which is added to your shipping fee). Please keep in mind that there are a few limitations and requirements to be eligible for the option, including:
- Only available on orders worth at least $50 (before shipping/tax) but no more than $700. We cannot offer expedited shipping on orders over $700.
- We cannot offer expedited shipping on Try-On, Ready to Ship, Outlet, or Swatch orders.
- Expedited option will not appear at checkout if you have a mixture of made to order and ready made items in your shopping bag. It will also not appear if you have a rushed item plus non-rushed items in your shopping bag.
- Only available for US customer at this time. We are unable to offer this option to customers shipping to Canada, US Territories, or an APO/MPO.
CHOOSING EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
To get expedited shipping, you'll add all applicable items to your shopping bag and go to checkout. If the option is available for the items you plan to order, the option will show up between the "SHIPPING ADDRESS" and "PAYMENT & BILLING" sections of checkout, as pictured:
ADDING/REMOVING RUSH OR EXPEDITED SHIPPING TO AN ORDER:
We cannot apply/remove rush or expedited shipping to an order that has already been placed. If you would like to apply/remove rush or expedited shipping from your order, you'll need to cancel it and reorder with the correct option.
Please note that we have a limited time to cancel orders, so be sure to review our Cancellation Policy.
NEED A DRESS SOONER:
If the dress you need doesn't have rush as an option or if you need a dress sooner than our rush window will allow, we do have a selection of Ready to Ship, Outlet, and Try-On dresses (which can be purchased to keep) that only take a few days for processing before they ship out.
