What is Rush Production? ⏱

Need your dress sooner than expected? We've got you covered with our rush production option! For an additional fee of $29 - $39 USD per dress, you can have your dress ready several weeks earlier. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, as it goes directly to the dressmaker working on your dress.

Keep in mind that rush production is only available for select made-to-order dresses, and must be chosen while you're still in your shopping bag. It cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.

If you need swatches in a hurry, we also offer a limited number of rush orders per day. For more information, please check out our Swatch FAQ.

How To Add Rush Production

To get rush, you'll add the item you want to your shopping bag and while there, click the drop down menu, as pictured, and choose the lower production option for a fee. If there is no drop down menu, rush cannot be applied to the item: 

Expedited Shipping  📦

Expedited shipping is only available for customers in the US and Australia. We apologize, but we're unable to offer this option to customers shipping to international locations, US territories, or APO/MPO addresses.

US CUSTOMERS                                   AU CUSTOMERS

US Customers

We offer expedited shipping on select orders for an additional $10 fee (which is added to your shipping fee). Please keep in mind that there are a few limitations and requirements to be eligible for the option, including: 

• Only available on orders worth at least $50 (before shipping/tax) but no more than $700. We cannot offer expedited shipping on orders over $700.

• We cannot offer expedited shipping on Try-On, Ready to Ship, Outlet, Accessory, or Swatch orders. 

• Expedited option will not appear at checkout if you have a mixture of made to order and ready made items in your shopping bag. It will also not appear if you have rushed items plus non-rushed items in your shopping bag.

AU Customers

We offer expedited shipping via DHL on select orders for an additional $15(AUD) fee (which is added to your shipping fee). Please keep in mind that there are a few limitations and requirements to be eligible for the option, including: 

• • • • Only available on orders worth at least $109(AUD) before shipping/tax but cannot be offered on orders worth $980(AUD) or more.

      • We cannot offer expedited shipping on Try-On, Ready to Ship, Outlet, or Swatch orders.

      • Expedited option will not appear at checkout if you have a mixture of made to order and ready-made items in your shopping bag. It will also not appear if you have rushed items plus non-rushed items in your shopping bag.

• How to Add Expedited Shipping

  To get expedited shipping, you'll add all applicable items to your shopping bag and go to checkout. If the option is available for the items you plan to order, the option will show up under the "Shipping Method" section as pictured:
  
  

Adding or Removing Rush Production & Expedited Shipping

We cannot apply/remove rush or expedited shipping to an order that has already been placed. If you would like to apply/remove rush or expedited shipping from your order, you'll need to cancel it and reorder with the correct option.

Please note that we have a limited time to cancel orders, so be sure to review our Cancellation Policy. 

What to do if Rush Production and Expedited Shipping is not available

If the dress you need doesn't have rush or expedited options or if you need a dress sooner than our rush and expedited options can offer, window will allow, we do have a selection of Ready to Ship, Outlet, and Try-On dresses (which can be purchased to keep) that only take a few days for processing before they ship out but these options are limited depending on your location. 

We are able to offer try-ons and ready to shop dresses for our US and Canadian customers and we are able to offer try-ons for our UK customers. We are unable to offer either option for our other international customers at this time. 

These dresses are final sale once purchases so be sure to read out Ready to Ship and Outlet FAQ and Purchasing Try-On Dresses FAQ before placing an order.
