What if my item is no longer available?

Here at Azazie, we’re constantly designing new styles. Sometimes, we have to retire the dresses we already have in order to make room for these fabulous new ones! When something goes on the retirement list, it means you only have a short amount of time to buy it before it leaves our site forever. We know you may have your heart set on a dress for your wedding next year, but once it’s gone, it’s gone!

What if the color you want becomes unavailable?
While we do our best to make sure every design is perfect before it goes up on our site, there can be emergency circumstances that require us to pull some color options from a specific style with little to no notice. Once a new style is put into production, it’s possible we may see fabric flaws with some colors that did not appear while approving patterns. If this happens, we will do our best to put a countdown timer up at least 15 days before removing the option from the site which will let you know how much time you have left to order that style/color combination. After the option is removed, we will no longer be able to offer the style in that color.

If you order your dress before it is retired, you’re in the clear. All retired dresses follow the same return policies, so don’t worry if you receive the dress and it doesn’t fit, it’s the wrong color, or you just don’t want it anymore!
