Before deciding on a color, we always recommend ordering a color swatch to ensure the color is really what you want. This article provides helpful information related to swatches, including:

WHAT ARE COLOR SWATCHES?
Color swatches are a sampling of our fabrics measuring about 5x7 inches and generally include every fabric that can be made in a chosen color. At the top of the swatch is a label showing the fabric type included in the swatch. We also have a few booklets dedicated to specific fabric types, which include a sample of that fabric in every color it is available in.
All of our swatches can be ordered here. The swatches cost $1-$2, depending on the swatch type, while booklets cost $5-$10. They generally take a few days for processing and up to 10 days for delivery.
We are offering rush processing for a limited number of swatch orders per day. Due to carrier space limitations, we cannot offer rush processing on all swatch orders. If the option to rush your swatches is not available at checkout, this means we have reached out daily limit. If this happens and you'd still like your swatches faster, we recommend checking back first thing the following day.
They are sent via USPS First Class Mail; we are generally unable to offer tracking for these orders at this time.
Please keep in mind that swatches are nonreturnable.
SHOULD I ORDER A SWATCH?
We always recommend ordering color swatches before deciding on a color! Colors can look different in person than they do online due to different screen resolutions and the device being viewed (one person will see the color one way while another may see it another way).
The swatch is the best representation of how the final dresses will look and should also prove helpful throughout the wedding planning process.
WHICH SWATCH SHOULD I ORDER?
We offer a variety of swatches on our website, here for US customers and here for CA customers. Based on the items you are looking for, we recommend ordering swatches as follows:

DO YOU HAVE SWATCHES FOR ALL PRODUCTS?
Please keep in mind that we cannot offer swatches for every fabric used for our products. We use a lot of specialty fabrics that are very delicate and only dyed as they are needed.
Because of this, we are unable to offer swatches for our lace fabrics and the majority of our bridal gowns. If you are interest in a style that comes in lace or a Bridal gown from our Diamond or Romance Collection, we highly recommend ordering At-Home Try On Dresses so you can see the dress in person.
For customers interested in how lace compares to our other fabrics in a specific color, you can order the try on dress in the needed color along with one of our Bridesmaids and Wedding Party swatches so you can compare them.
For customers interested in a bridal gown from our Diamond or Romance Collection, we do include a swatch ring with each of these At-Home Try On Dresses. The swatch ring includes swatches of every color combination that the dress comes in (this MUST be returned with the dresses). Our Azazie Swatches - Brides is only for a small selection of our bridal gowns. If your color is not listed, the swatch is not for your style.
We do not offer swatches for the pre-made dresses under the Dresses section of the website.
HOW DO I READ A SWATCH?
When you order a color swatch, it includes every fabric that can be made in the chosen color, excluding lace and other specialty fabrics.
Each of the included fabrics will be listed at the top of the swatch in the order that they are arranged (one layer on top of the next). Generally, there will be only 1 layer of each fabric but if Tulle is listed on your swatch, there will be 2 layers of that fabric because it is so sheer.
In the screenshot below, we can see a close up of the top of a Marigold swatch and the list of fabrics included: Chiffon, Lining, and Matte Satin.
To get an idea of how your dress will look, just hold the main fabric type your dress is made of (Chiffon, Mesh, etc.) over the Lining fabric on the swatch.
We can see from the image above that the swatch is arranged with a layer of Chiffon on top with a layer of Lining fabric below that and a layer of the Matte Satin at the bottom. If we hold the top two layers of fabric together, that will gives us a clear idea of how a Chiffon dress in Marigold will look.
NOTE: Keep in mind that most of our dresses come with 1-2 layers of lining.
