What types of payment do you accept?

We are able to accept the following payment methods: 

  • All Major Credit and Debit Cards
  • PayPal 
  • Installment Payments via AfterPay*

We can only accept one payment type per order and orders can not be moved into production until they have been paid (excluding AfterPay orders).

Once payment is accepted, we will email you a confirmation email but you can also check the status of your order in your account by going to "My Account" (here for US and here for Canadian customers) or, if you used Guest Checkout, by going to the "Track My Order" page (here for US and here for Canadian customers)

We do not recommend using prepaid VISA/AMEX/MASTERCARD gift cards or other prepaid cards to place orders as these do not always go through and will not process for any at home try on dress orders. If a refund is processed, the payment will go back to the original form of payment, so hang onto the card if you use one. We are unable to process your refund to a different card for any reason. If you no longer have a card you used to purchase with us, you will need to contact the card company for more information.

*Only eligible for US customers on orders worth $35-$2000 (excludes the At-Home Try On dresses).
