We offer a variety of payment options for out customers and this article details some helpful information about different potential payment methods:
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal for all sites but we also offer AfterPay on our US site. Please keep in mind that we can only accept one payment method per order and orders cannot be moved into production until we have confirmed payment was delivered.
Once payment is accepted, we will email you a confirmation email with your order details and if you would like to check the status of your order, see your delivery window, or order details, you can visit this article for instructions.
For customers ordering on our Mexico website, we are also offering an option for installment payments when you use credit or debit cards. Simply choose how many installments you would like to make (must be no less than $100 MXN).
We are happy to be able to offer Digital Gift Cards to our customers! These gift cards never expire and carry no hidden fees but are final sale. They can be used toward the purchase of eligible goods and services on Azazie.com and are available for immediate delivery or can be scheduled for a later date. Keep in mind that our digital gift cards are not currently available for try-on dresses but will cover their taxes and shipping costs.

We do not recommend using pre-paid Visa or MasterCard gift cards to place your orders as these do not always work and cannot be used for try-on orders. If you successfully use one of theses cards, register it with the card company and hang onto it in case you end up returning an item.
If you choose to process your refund to the original form of payment but you have lost your Visa/Mastercard Gift Card, we won't be able to refund you in a different way. If you no longer have access to this card, please choose "Refund to Azazie Account Balance" when processing your return request.
You can learn all about AfterPay here but in short, this payment option allows you to pay via installment payments. AfterPay pays us up front so we can proceed with your order and then you pay for in four installments, made once every 2 weeks. AfterPay is only available on our US website.
Here is some of the most important info to note about AfterPay before choosing the option:
- At Checkout:
Choose AfterPay as your payment method. You will be directed to the AfterPay website to register and provide payment details (Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX). If you’ve used AfterPay before, just log into your AfterPay account and complete your order.
The order value must be between $35 and $2000 in order to use AfterPay and can not be used to order try-on dresses.
- Cost of AfterPay:
This payment option is interest-free and if you are late paying an installment, they will generally give you a 10 day grace period (check your AfterPay account to be safe)
- Late fees are incurred if payment is not made within the disclosed grace period timeframe.
- If paying the installment within the grace period, you will still receive an SMS stating that the payment failed, as well as a reminder about the payment due date.
- Being late making a payment may affect future purchases with AfterPay.
- Returns & Refunds:
If you choose AfterPay and cancel or return your order and select Refund to Original Method of Payment, Azazie will refund AfterPay (as they paid us originally) and then AfterPay will refund you. Once the refund is processed on the Azazie end, you'll need to reach out to AfterPay for additional information about the refund as Azazie will not have access to your account.
If you choose AfterPay and return your order and select Refund to Azazie Account Balance, the refund will be processed back to your Azazie Account Balance.
- At Checkout:
