For packages going to the US, these will be primarily shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS and ship out from California. Shipping times will vary from 1-10 business days, depending on your region.

If your package will be shipped via FedEx Ground and you need to have it rerouted, tracked, or have instructions left for your FedEx driver, you may be able to do so by signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories generally ship out via USPS. When your order ships, be sure to double check the tracking number to determine your shipper.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
For Canadian customers, we ship out almost all packages through our Canadian warehouse via Canada Post. Shipping can take up to 17 business days and along with tracking your package, you may be able to hold or reroute it through Canada Post's services.

Once your order is confirmed and in production (72 hours after the order is placed), we are no longer able to make any changes to your shipping address or any other details on the order.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
