How It Works
1. View "Home Try On" section to browse dresses.
2. Add up to 3 favorites to your cart and continue to checkout.
3. Wait 1-3 days to process, plus a week for delivery.
4. Enjoy 7 days trying them. Send back when done.
5. Need more time with your dress? Extend your trial for 3 extra days.
6. Love a dress? Get 10% off when you buy the one you tried.
How To Check Dress Availability
1. Visit the Home Try On page and search by name.
2. Available sizes highlighted in black; grayed out for unavailable sizes.
3. Don't see your size? We don't have it currently available. Sign up for Availability Notifications to see when it might be available again.
4. If you can't find a dress, verify spelling and retry.
Fees and Charges
The cost of the try on dresses is non-refundable. Unreturned Try-On dresses will result in full price charges.
Please note that for bridesmaid dresses, regardless of the number of dresses, the shipping fee is $20. If you have your heart set on a single dress, consider ordering a try-on for a friend or family member to share in the excitement!
Returns and Cancellations
Remember to send your try ons back within 7 days of delivery. You can return them either in person at a Happy Returns location or use the prepaid shipping label. We recommend Happy Returns for a quick return process.
