1. Pull Up Your Order Page
To access your order page, either log into your Azazie account or enter your order number if you checked out as a guest.

2. Under the "Actions" section select the "Return Items" option.
3. You will see the above pop up appear.
Select "Return In Person" or "Via Mail"
4. Then select the items you wish to return...
Provide a reason for the return, choose a refund method, and submit your return request.
5. See below for next steps based on your return method.
You will receive a QR code to show at the Happy Returns location and their refund will begin processing immediately.
Via Mail
You will be sent a prepaid return label to print out, package your items and drop it off with the designated carrier.
It may take up to 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed and your refund to be completed.

International Customers
Note: Australian, Canadian, and UK customers will have a prepaid return label included in their package and can drop the package off at their local postal service.
For all other international customers, continue below.

3. Start your return by completing the form that appears
4. You'll be sent a prepaid return label...
You will be sent a prepaid return label to print out, package your items and drop it off with the designated carrier.

Reserved Rights
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time, due to certain circumstances such as:
- Irregular or excessive returns history that suggests "wardrobing" (customers buying items with the intent to wear them briefly and then return them)
- A history of returning items that have been worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or are missing items
- Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity
- Orders that include multiple sizes or variations of the same type of item in bulk.
