Activate Your Gift Card
How To Activate:
Click the "Redeem Code and shop now" button in the email message received.
Sign in, go to "My Account" and find "My Gift Cards". Copy and paste the gift card code in the "Redeem a Gift Card" field and select "Redeem A Gift Card"
Using Your Gift Card
During checkout, check the "My Gift Card Balance" box. By default, the balance will be used first, but you can uncheck this box if you want to save it for later.
If the gift card balance does not cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance with PayPal or a credit/debit card.
Locate Gift Card Details
Log into your Azazie Account. Then go to "My Account" and find "My Gift Cards". You will be able to view your current balance, transaction history, and when gift cards were added to your account.
Azazie Account Balance
Your Azazie Account Balance is the place where your digital refunds and gift card funds go. You can use the funds on a future purchase. It's basically like store credit!
Selecting a Design
You have so many wonderful designs to choose from for your gift card! Just scroll through the options using the arrows on the side. Keep in mind that we're unable to customize designs, but we have plenty for you to pick from!
Selecting a Delivery Date
You get to choose when you want the gift card to be delivered - it can be up to a year from the day of purchase. If you choose "now", the gift card will be sent within 5 minutes. If you choose a different date, it will be sent on that day.
Sometimes, choosing "now" might cause a delay, but you can check the status of your gift card in the "My Account" section of your Azazie Account.
Entering Recipients Email Address
Enter the email of the person you're sending the gift card to in the "To" field. Remember that only the person with that email account can use the gift card.
You can also add up to 10 email addresses (separated by a comma) but each person will receive the same message and amount.
If you'd like to send a personalized message or amount for each person, you'll need to add each gift card separately.
If you are sending gift cards to more than one person the quantity field will default to sending 1 gift card per recipient.
Sent to the Wrong Email
The email can only be changed before the gift card has been redeemed, after that changes are not possible.
If you sent the gift card to the wrong email, you're able to make changes upon locating your gift card details. Click here for instructions.
You can purchase up to 10 gift cards per day.
Purchased with a Gift Card
When you return an item purchased with a Gift Card, the money will go to your Azazie Account Balance. It cannot be returned to any other payment method.
Purchased with Multiple Payment Methods
When you return an order and you paid with both a gift card and a credit/debit card or PayPal, if you select "Refund to your original payment method" we will give the money back to the credit/debit card or PayPal first. Any remaining money will go back to your Azazie Account Balance.
If you select "Refund to your Azazie Account Balance" all of the money will go to your account balance.
If you change your mind about how you want the refund processed, please let us know before you return the item. Once we have processed the return, we can't change it.
Restrictions and Limitations
- Gift cards can only be used in the US, not internationally.
- You cannot use coupons or gift cards to buy more gift cards.
- Once you buy a digital gift card, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- The limit for each gift card is $1000 and you can buy up to 10 per day.
- Gift Cards also cannot be used for try-on dresses or to buy a try-on dress to keep.
- You can buy several gift cards for one person but not for multiple people.
- If you send multiple gift cards at the same time, the message will be the same for all recipients.
Once the recipient receives their Azazie Digital Gift Card, you will be notified via email.
You can also check the delivery status of your order on the "My Orders" page, where you'll see "delivered" under the Status column.
