What are Ready to Ship & Outlet Dresses?
Ready to Ship dresses are retired dresses from the At-Home Try On Program that have been gently worn and may have some minor imperfections but are still in good quality. They are sold as is and at 70% off original retail price on bridal, bridesmaid, and mother of the bride dresses.
They are only available to US and Canadian customers only and availability may vary. Once a specific dress is ordered, it may not be available again.
Delivery Times
Ready to Ship dresses generally only take 1-3 days to process and up to 10 days for delivery, although during busy seasons processing times may increase.
Returns
Ready to Ship dresses are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. It is important to make sure you have carefully considered your size, color, and style choice before placing your order.
In the event that we detect any major flaws or issues with the dress prior to shipping, we will cancel the order, refund your payment in full, and notify you.
Changes & Cancellations
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the product once the order has been placed. If you require a different size or color, you must cancel the order and place a new one for the desired items. Please be advised that there is a high likelihood that the canceled Ready to Ship item may no longer be available for reordering.
