This article provides some helpful recommendations regarding the maintenance of your Azazie dress(es) and some accessories. It includes information about:
GARMENT STORAGE
As soon as you get your order, be sure to carefully inspect your item(s) before putting them away as we have a limited return policy and window. It's best to store our dresses hung up in the provided garment bag to provide an extra level of protection.
You'll find hanger ribbon on the inside of the dresses, be sure to fit these over the hangers to provide additional support to the dress.
REMOVING WRINKLES
Our dresses arrive folded in their box and because of this, they may arrive wrinkled. If there is quite some time before your event, some of the wrinkles will naturally fall out if the dress is kept hung up.
If you need to prepare the dress for the big day, do not use an iron as this may damage the fabric. Steaming is the best way to remove wrinkles from our dresses.
If you don't have a steamer, you can take the dress to a dry cleaners to be professionally steamed otherwise you can try this trick: Hang the dress up in your bathroom and run a hot bath to help release some of the wrinkles.
CLEANING DRESSES & PANTSUITS
Because our dresses are made with delicate fabrics, we recommend dry cleaning all of our garments if you need to have them cleaned. We do not recommend machine wash them.
